For our Teng Pepper Chicken Bagel, we start with carefully selected imported wheat, then hand-shape each bagel to achieve the chew we want—firm on the outside, resilient and pleasantly dense inside. The first bite delivers a clean grain aroma with a subtle natural sweetness, providing a sturdy base that holds the filling beautifully without feeling heavy.
As the core filling, we use exceptionally tender chicken breast, prepared to stay juicy and soft with a refined, delicate texture. The signature teng pepper profile brings a bright, lingering numbing sensation paired with a confident heat—an addictive “numbing-and-spicy” progression that builds gradually rather than hitting harshly.
