Hongbei Food (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was established, dedicated to creating the first national baking brand focusing on the "bagel" segment – "Soft Bagel".

Preliminary exploration of the business model, with dual-channel operation covering offline retail stores and B2B special channel development, especially successful trials in coffee and tea beverage channels.

Made its debut at the China International Bakery Exhibition, wowing the show with "professionalism, dedication, and specialization" in bagel products, and gradually building a community ecosystem.

Led by senior R&D experts in baking, frequent new product launches were carried out, developing over 100 new products across four major lines: zero-sugar series, fructooligosaccharide series, filled series, and signature fruit series. Over 10 new hit products were successfully launched in coffee and tea channels, attracting tens of millions of views and discussions on online media such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu.

The headquarters was relocated to a new production base and renamed Jiangsu Goobagel Food Technology Co., Ltd. The workshop area was expanded to 7,500 square meters. In the same year, it obtained dual certifications of HACCP/ISO22000, becoming a one-stop super bagel solution supplier with a daily production capacity of 100,000 bagels.

Standardized high-precision R&D, automated production equipment, and digital warehousing systems ensured efficient and stable bagel production capacity, achieving a doubling in the number of channel partners. In particular, strategic cooperation with key channels such as Costco, Hema, and Pupu has injected solid confidence into the company's future development.
